The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. It was also fairly soundproof, and as it was New Year's Eve and people were partying across the street with music playing, you had to stand in the window to hear it, so that didn't bother us. The bar was nice and the lobby was large and clean. We weren't far from the elevators and the ice machine, but never heard a sound from either. The drapes were very light blocking and fit right so they didn't blow out when the fan under them was on. The air in there was not dry so we never woke up with a sore throat, as happens in many hotels we've stayed at.

Staff was fast and friendly, Nice Clean facility. Staff was very nice to my pet when we arrived. Desk clerk gave great instructions to us and told us about the food services available.

Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, and my wife really liked the view of the building size mural across from our room.

The staff was very friendly and service-oriented. They were quick to address any concerns. I would especially like to acknowledge Nick in the restaurant. He is a high-energy person with a great attitude. The location was central to several places within walking distance, which is helpful if you need to be downtown.

The best thing I liked about to stay was the friendliness timeliness and helpfulness of the staff. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and it was the best experience of my life.
